Job Description

• Deliver formal 1:1 supervision, mentorship and support to junior clinicians
• Provide much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
• Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of OT's, EP's and Physiotherapists

Our clinicians assist individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same We strive to provide a caseload matched to your experience and interests

• Our Early Years caseload – engage in early intervention and parent training
• School-aged children – literacy, social communication skills & AAC
• Adults – speech, language and social skills training. Provide services to adults with an ABI e.g., stroke, progressive neurological conditions
• Dysphagia management/mealtime assessment and food aversion caseload for all age groups.

About You
You authentically want to improve the lives of people living with a disability and have:

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
• A desire to make a real difference within the community
• A team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT
• Looking for a FUN and inviting team culture where we look out for one another
• A leader who has a passion for delivering training and supervision or an interest in developing your leadership skills
