    Description

    This unique role gives you a good opportunity to join a family-owned dealership in Central QLD. This combined Stock Controller/PD Coordinator will give you the opportunity to work with a friendly team, with one of Australia's leading brands.

    This role will have you working with both the sales team and the Pre-delivery department to organize a smooth process for customers new vehicles.

    Duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:

    • Liaising with the sales department for information on vehicle sales
    • Ordering of new car stock
    • Working with the sales manager to ensure that correct stock is available on site to ensure a smooth sale process
    • Working with the Pre-Delivery department to ensure that vehicles are prepared for customer delivery

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong computer skills
    • A current QLD manual drivers licence
    • Experience as either a Stock Controller or Service Advisor within a dealership would be advantageous, with extra training provided
    • A background in logistics is also desirable but not essential
    • Full Australian working rights

    In return you will be rewarded with a full-time role, with an hourly rate dependent on experience. A monthly bonus scheme is also on offer for achieving Sales Plan. Ongoing training will be provided to take your career further.
