- Liaising with the sales department for information on vehicle sales
- Ordering of new car stock
- Working with the sales manager to ensure that correct stock is available on site to ensure a smooth sale process
- Working with the Pre-Delivery department to ensure that vehicles are prepared for customer delivery
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- A current QLD manual drivers licence
- Experience as either a Stock Controller or Service Advisor within a dealership would be advantageous, with extra training provided
- A background in logistics is also desirable but not essential
- Full Australian working rights

This unique role gives you a good opportunity to join a family-owned dealership in Central QLD. This combined Stock Controller/PD Coordinator will give you the opportunity to work with a friendly team, with one of Australia's leading brands.
This role will have you working with both the sales team and the Pre-delivery department to organize a smooth process for customers new vehicles.
