    About the Role
    You will be working within a regional community-focused role, based in Devonport and/or Shorewell Park. This position requires you to work across village-style housing and broader tenancy portfolios. You will have the opportunity to embed yourself in a supportive team environment with autonomy and trust.

    You will ensure tenants are treated fairly while maintaining compliance of all regulations associated with property occupation through clear communication along tailored solutions.

    • Greet tenants politely ensuring mutual respect during interactions.

    • Acknowledge tenant’s requirements maintaining patience while handling queries.

      • Tenants can feel safe knowing what's happening around them as they receive regular updates regarding facility maintenance, upkeep,& any improvements made by displaying empathy when explaining policy clauses pertaining specific facilities’ rules & Regulations.'
