- Managing weekly and monthly pay run on time according to Finance & Audit requirements
- Ensuring all staff changes are recorded and salary benefits are updated in the HR/payroll system
- Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed
- Handling staff inquiries about payroll
- Providing headcount and costing reports as requested
- Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Possesses strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
