You get ourFunctional Marketing Systems ExpertatMW AustraliaReporting into the Digital Technologies Director for MW Australia, you will become an integral part of the Local Digital Technologies expert team, creating a network of business support and best practice.

You will play a key role in managing and supporting Marketing systems & processes used by Activity Management and the greater Marketing team.

You will drive, prioritise and deliver new tools and enhancements efficiently through strong relationships that you build across the business, this will ensure product data accuracy and efficiency.

What are we looking for?Systems expert, with experience in SAP, Veritas and/or Workflow systems, desirable
Experience working in multi-functional teams preferably across FMCG businesses (not essential but preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Web based applications
Effectively manage stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to the needs and priorities of the role, working in a dynamic environment to ensure systems landscape and enhancement opportunities
Working across multiple functions and building strong relationships to ensure success for the activity management team
What will be your key responsibilities?Drive, prioritise and deliver continuous improvement of systems within scope
Embed correct processes, whilst maintaining business continuity for existing processes across all digital platforms
Becoming a systems expert in understanding Veritas and how this interfaces with SAP being able to troubleshoot when errors arise (systems experience essential)
Support the product lifecycle including NPD scorecard from setup to retirement with the Activity Managers
Weekly report running & data accuracy
Backup support for other non-marketing systems where and when required
Global harmonisation of process & ensure governance across multiple platforms which impact & protect execution to ensure they are fit for Activity Management purpose
Set up and support Senior Activity Manager & their related portfolio
Partnering with global functional teams, 3rd party vendors and Digital Technology resources to manage and support project deliverables.
