OSMEN is a leading outdoor furniture retailer, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse All Rounder to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Office Manager, and Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day movement, storage, handling, and dispatch of stock, while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Receiving and unloading containers safely and efficiently
· Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
· Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles
· Conducting weekly and annual stocktakes and maintaining accurate inventory records
· Identifying and reporting damaged or defective stock and completing basic repairs where required
· Managing stock transfers between warehouse and stores
· Assisting with deliveries and customer pickups as required
· Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
· Performing daily safety and quality inspections
· Using safe manual handling techniques when lifting furniture and other bulky items

Skills & Experience
Essential:
· Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Strong manual handling skills
· Ability to follow procedures and work safely
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
Desirable:
· Forklift licence
· Good computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
· Experience with deliveries, stock transfers, or furniture handling
· Ability to speak and/or understand Mandarin
