About your new role:

• Are you a creative, dynamic, and engaging educator? Lead our established team
• Work throughout the services within the region to help support the Area Manager and Coordinators
• Extensive training, onboarding and support
• Develop the programs you have always wanted with industry leading program planning tools
• Have fun, deliver amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare

Responsibilities:

• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
• Be the face of TheirCare in the school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
• Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
• Completed a Diploma level qualification.
