Test Lead and Senior Test Analyst - Australian Capital Territory - Randstad
Description
Our federal government client is seeking to engage a highly skilled Test Lead and a Senior Test Analyst who has a proven record of accomplishment and experience in delivering ICT Testing services working in an agile environment.
The Test Lead will lead a team to achieve consistent quality assurance across a broad range of technologies to support technology lead projects and continually deliver efficient and high-quality service to business and end users.
The Senior Test Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle resulting in proactive and continuous engagement of various stakeholders which may include, but not limited to, Business Representatives, Subject Matter Experts, Application Developers, Business Analysts, Application Support and Operations teams. The Senior Test Analyst will lead, participate and assist with various testing activities and phases including coordination and promotion of software builds through test environments and Production.
The successful candidate will be a professional who is self-driven and passionate about Testing and Quality, and will be responsible for drafting and implementing test processes and strategy to minimise risks associated with code releases. They will provide advice on the appropriate use of testing tools and frameworks, and will develop test plans for user acceptance, functional and performance tests as required.
