    About the Job

    As a critical member of the Strategy and Transformation team, your role will be to partner with various stakeholders to develop our marketing strategy and implement a range of marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand, visibility and customer base. Based at our Macquarie Park office , this role reports directly to the Director, Strategy and Transformation. We offer flexible/hybrid working.

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our marketing strategy aligns with our business strategy
  • Strategic relationship management with a diverse range of stakeholders to help our business achieve our goals
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives that go beyond traditional marketing and elevate our existing brand and marketing activities
  • Build a strong team culture that enables success and growth
  • Use data and analytics to gain insights, identify opportunities and deliver measurable customer value

    What will ensure your success:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong B2B marketing experience with the ability to link marketing strategy to business strategy
  • The ability to build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in challenging and influencing senior leaders
  • Strong capability to lead a team to go the extra mile to get the job done
  • Expertise in the development of digital marketing strategies
  • Experience in functional budget management
  • A curious mindset with good strategic thinking capability
