Strata Management experience as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio over time.

The RoleYour.previous Strata Management or Property Management experience will be invaluable as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio to approximately 100 properties over time.

Your Duties Will IncludeProvision of professional customer support to Owners and Committee Members in a timely manner
Liaison with contractors/suppliers
Co-ordination of insurance claims/work orders/Requests for Quotes & Maintenance
Create new relationships and build on existing connections
Planning and running of general meetings
Preparation of reports and minutes for all meetings
Liaison with directors with accurate & relevant information to assist budgeting & resourcingTo be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:Previous experience in Strata Management or property management
An ability to read, interpret and understand legislation (Strata Titles & Community Titles Act & Regulations)
Excellent problem solving skills
High attention to detail
Well presented
A high level of computer literacy (Mircosoft Office, Strata Master & File Smart)
Great time management and communication skills
Able to prepare agendas, minutes and budgets
An ability to convene and conduct meetings
General administration and task management experience
Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
