• IT Solution Architect

As a IT Solution Architect you will be helping work across the department to assist to define modern connected and digital services that will support the delivery of our Digital Business Strategy, integrate whole of government standards and initiatives and deliver a simpler modern customer experience

Specifically, we are seeking someone with the following attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in relation to the planning, design and delivery of complex project systems supporting programs of work
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of technical applications, MS PowerBI or Tableau, Power Apps, Teams, Microsoft Project Scheduling software including Microsoft Office, Visio and SharePoint and/or equivalents
• Sound knowledge of Excel (Data Validation, Creating Dashboards, VBA and Macros, Power Queries, Pivot Tables, Charting, V-Look Ups).
• Experience in a program/project management office (PMO) providing assistance and acumen support to technical and commercial managers/specialists;
• Ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data, including key insights and communicating to a wide audience;
• Proven skills in preparing instructional documentation, maintaining standards and assisting with deploying new processes and tools across organisation
• Ability to work effectively under limited or no supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes
