    At Miro, the Revenue Operations team is the glue that unites the entire go to market organization. We are a global team of strategists, technical experts and deeply cross functional partners spread out across hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Amsterdam, London, Sydney and Tokyo and we are looking for people from all backgrounds to help us build the future of Miro. In this role you'll report to the Head of Marketing Operations & Strategy and you'll sit within the broader revenue operations organization.

    About the Role

    As Miro continues its international expansion, we are investing in local field marketing, demand generation and operations functions in the APAC and Japan regions to help deliver on our ambitious goals. This role will be a critical partner and advisor to the APAC and Japan marketing and sales leadership teams and will be crucial in ensuring that we are operationally ready to support all of the campaigns and experiments that will deliver our next phase of international growth.

    What you'll do

    • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement new initiatives that drive pipeline growth for our sales assisted business
    • Collaborate with finance and operations to set monthly and quarterly targets for key marketing metrics such as pipeline, marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and product qualified leads (PQLs)
    • Lead operational cadences with cross functional partners to drive alignment and accountability
    • Define the roadmap for marketing operations in APAC and Japan to ensure we have the necessary technical infrastructure and process to quickly deploy new experiments and measure their outcomes against pipeline build goals
    • Execute marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform
    • Provide strategic guidance to cross functional stakeholders on how to build a world class enterprise marketing and sales motion

    What you'll need

    • 3 or more years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo strongly preferred)
    • Strong analytical skills and a hunger for uncovering insights within data. (Excel / Google Sheets a must; SQL and/or BI experience (Looker/Tableau) is a plus)
    • 3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)
    • Experience leading large cross-functional projects end-to-end
    • Familiarity with building pipeline contribution models
    • Proven ability to partner with and advise stakeholders across all levels of the organization
