    Statement of Work:

The PRISMS Modernisation project is implementing new Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to enable education providers to submit data directly into PRISMS. This will reduce double handling of data while improving timeliness and accuracy in PRISMS. The project is progressing towards the release of the public releases. A technical writer (communication officer (Authoring/Proofreading)) is required to ensure that these documents are written to a high quality. The candidate will be required to:

    • Produce documentation for software vendors and end users describing access, connectivity, and use of the PRISMS APIs.
    • Produce system and process document including process flows and user interface descriptions.
    • Demonstrate ability to translate complex API information into simple, polished, engaging content.
    • Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.
    • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
    • Develop document hierarchy, content standards and templates.
    • Develop engaging non-technical content for broad audiences.
