We are looking for a Brewery Technician to join our packaging team at our Brewery in Lidcombe on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Brewery Technician you will play an integral role in working effectively and proactively as part of a shift-based team. This role will see you involved in delivering against the production plan whilst pursing improvements in safety, quality, value and process excellence. Core to the work we do, you will be involved in supporting with operations across the packaging lines.

Some of the things you'll be doing in the role:

• Operating packaging equipment and ensuring safety, quality, cost and productivity targets are achieved
• Assist with performing quality checks and maintaining standards
• Be involved in process improvement and innovation at the Brewery
• Be an ambassador of safety within the Brewery

Some of the skills you will bring to the role:

This could be your first role in the brewing industry, where you'll bring some fresh perspective to the team from a different manufacturing environment, or you could already be in the industry; we're open-minded.
