    Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong.

    The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Venues NSW is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager – Premium Experiences to join our Commercial Team.

    This role will have a predominant focus on building deep relationships with long-term hospitality clients, sports partners, and sales agencies across the Venues NSW network.

    Reporting to the General Manager – Commercial, this role will lead the strategic and operational delivery of the Premium Experiences team, with a primary focus on driving, monitoring, and assessing event day inventory lists, key deliverables, and performance indicators to ensure impeccable customer experiences and drive growth across the Venues NSW network.


    ABOUT YOU

    The successful candidate will have proven senior experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality/events industry with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and customer experience.

    You will have a results-orientated mindset with a track-record of achieving/surpassing revenue targets, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.


    Key requirements:
    Formal qualifications in Hospitality, Events management and/or Administration, Commercial or Financial.
    Previous experience leading a team.
    Previous exposure to Venue Ops Software and ticketing systems favourable.
    At least 3 years experience in a similar role working across similar industries.
