We are seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to join Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa, an upscale 5-star resort located on the stunning southern end of Palm Cove beach. Our resort offers unparalleled experiences, from relaxing at our award-winning Vie Day Spa to enjoying cocktails by one of our three Melaleuca Tree-ringed pools at the Lagoon Bar.

Job Description

Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of all departments

Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards

Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively

Collaborate with department heads to optimize hotel efficiency, from housekeeping to food and beverage services

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach

Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices
