Michael Page are currently recruiting a Site Manager role for a highly respected mid-tier builder based on the Gold Coast The initial project will be delivering an 8 storey multi-residential project in Hope Island.

Our client is a well respected, financially stable builder with offices on the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane.
They take huge pride in their high quality workmanship, relationship building, and sustainable business growth.

Due to a very strong pipeline of projects for 2024 and 2025, they are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team.

The initial project will be delivering an 8 storey residential project in Hope Island.
Description

Key responsibilities include:
Leading the site team to drive the performance of sub-contractors
Ensuring a safe site at all times
Quality control and defect minimisation
Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met
Profile

Selection criteria will include:
QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
Track record of delivering high rise residential projects including crane management

A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $200-230k including super (subject to experience/skill level)
