- Lead, develop and mentor a team of 4 Senior Accountants
- Supervise the process of timely preparation of client reconciliations in accordance with Subsidy Hospital Customer contracts
- Review journal entries related to contract revenue for the month end close and ensure they are prepared timely and accurately, and with proper supporting documentation
- Review and ensure the accuracy and timely completion of AR balance sheet account reconciliations
- Partner with Director and Finance Managers in addressing requests from regional leaders regarding customer contract financial reconciliations
- Drive continuous business process improvement and automation.
- Support the annual financial statement audit process
- Other projects as needs arise
- 8-10 years of progressive accounting professional experience, including at least 3 years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree - Accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, in particular revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to work in a dynamic, fluid, fast-paced, hybrid-remote environment
- SAP, Oracle, Workday (ERP system) experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Salary: $125,000- $135,000 per year
