- You will be responsible for managing 7-8 key Hitachi Energy accounts, developing business plans to grow the customer base and strategies for the market.
- You will communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy supply, offering, and strategy, achieving/exceeding sales targets set for the territory/state and country.
- You will establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy, acting as a focal point for problem resolution and monitoring customer claims.
- You will coordinate the use of internal or external resources to provide value-added services to accounts.
- Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- A tertiary or degree qualification in Engineering/commercial qualification or recognized equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in software sales is necessary.
- Knowledge in HV switchgear and/or Transformers is preferred.
- A good understanding of Hitachi Energy products is highly regarded. Local market knowledge is beneficial.
- A pro-active self-starter, excellent negotiator, results-oriented, and driven sales professional with high commercial acumen is required.
- Possess significant sales/business development experience within the electrical industry.
