    About the Role

    As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies within our Salesforce teams and other projects / programs within Calvary, ensuring that platform goals are met with precision and efficiency.

    This isn't just any Scrum Master role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney head office.

    What Will You Do?

    • Lead scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are followed for efficient task execution.
    • Mediate between product management and development teams, resolving barriers to maintain project alignment.
    • Coach teams in Agile methodologies, promoting its adoption across the organisation for improved program outcomes.

    • A seasoned Scrum Master with a substantial background in steering Agile project teams to success.
    • A dynamic leader with proven experience in Agile environments, skilled in fostering teamwork and collaboration within diverse groups.
    • An outstanding communicator, articulate and clear, who can effortlessly convey complex ideas, facilitate constructive dialogue, and build consensus among team members and stakeholders alike.
