    Parts Interpreter – Warren

Established in the NSW Riverina over 69 years ago, we are proudly operating out of 17 rural locations in Regional NSW. We serve a multitude of customers with quality, well renowned equipment and aftersales support and service.     About the role

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Warren Branch.

    This position is full time, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and after-hours work required.

    Your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Support Service Technicians with parts
    • Promotion and sales of products and/or services to suit customer needs
    • Handling of parts sales and enquiries
    • Placement of stock orders
    • Providing technical parts advice
    • Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
    • Assist with preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
    • Facilitation of inter branch transfers of stock
    • Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
    • Administration tasks as required
    • Any other ad hoc duties as required

    About you

    • An experienced Parts Interpreter, ideally with a John Deere or similar large ag product background
    • A reliable and punctual person with a friendly approach and positive outlook
    • Someone who can work well in a team
    • Ideally hold your current forklift licence
    • Possess the ability to provide support, coaching and technical training to less experienced team members
