Description

As the Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Finance Team and Operational Managers, to provide effective and timely reporting and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.

Michael Page are thrilled to be partnering with a Manufacturing/Production company in Perth's Eastern Suburbs in their search for an immediate start Management Accountant for a 6 month temporary contract.

Description

• Fulfil month end responsibilities - preparation and analysis of monthly reports, detailing the performance of individual business units.
• Monthly Profit & Loss statement preparation and analysis.
• Participate in advancing processes, systems, and controls for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with operational and financial units to ensure timely and accurate control of project expenses.
• Support the Accounts Payable function, including review and coding of purchase orders, supplier invoices and accruals.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified (or similar international qualification).
• 3+ years' experience working in financial/management accounting role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted business relationships.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as commercial teams, operation teams and senior management.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate outcomes efficiently.
• Exposure to large ERP systems will be highly regarded.
