- Experience in estimating, scheduling and supervising trades and repairs.
- Strong knowledge of NCC, building regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)
- Computer literate across mobile devices and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- High level attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of repair.
- Able to work as a member of a successful and KPI driven team.

The Role:
Working alongside an experienced team of Supervisor/Estimators and a passionate QLD Construction Manager to lead the way your role will be to assess, estimate, and supervise quality insurance repairs.
Use industry leading technology to learn how to estimate and supervise insurance repairs whilst exceeding KPI's.
Customer service is key Through both written and oral communication, you will need to be able to build relationships and resolve conflict.
Report directly to the QLD construction manager.
