    Established in 1995, Crest Dry Cleaners is a family-owned and operated business passionate about quality dry cleaning/ laundry, convenience and customer service.

    About the role:
    As an Office Manager, you will be in a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the day to day operations of the business, while also providing vital administrative support to the team. You will be proactive, forward-thinking, energetic, motivated, team player and use initiative in daily business activities.

    Your responsibilities will include but limited to:

    • Oversee daily management tasks for the business such as ordering supplies, organising drivers, booking in collections for the fleet of vehicles & liaising with clients.
    • Act as the first point of call and face of the business for all internal & external general enquiries, orders, customers & clients.
    • Implement and uphold administrative policies and procedures focusing on the continual advancement and improvement of business processes and systems.
    • Management of social media platforms/post and website content updates.
    • Support with general duties in invoicing, accounts, quoting, HR & staff absences.
    • Occasional assistance in tender submissions, accreditations and other documents
    • Reviewing weekly driver routes, ensuring its kept efficient at all times.

    The successful candidate will hold:

    A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional communications
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
    • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
    • IT problem solving for Microsoft Office, POS System etc.
    • EA and or PA experience (not essential)
    • Strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders face to face
    • A proactive and solution-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Driver license and own car.
    • Monday to Friday - 5 days per week hours)
