    About the Project:

    This exciting new Apartment project is set to launch in 2025, presenting an unparalleled opportunity for a skilled project sales professional to capitalize on incredible earning potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project success
    • Conduct market research and review product mix to optimize sales performance
    • Collaborate with Marketing to create sales collateral and display suite setup
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite
    • Nurture channel partner relationships and build database readiness for launch
    • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
    • Provide expert information on units, features, and building structure
    • Educate buyers on project details, property investment, and general market commentary
    • Maintain ongoing communications with purchasers until settlement

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling off-the-plan apartments
    • Proven success in managing external agent channel partners
    • Real Estate License required
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Able to work weekends from launch onwards

    Compensation:

    $85,000 + super + commissions (Conservative OTE of $300K - $400K)
