KBE Legal Talent has been exclusively briefed by an ASX top 50 listed company to secure an exceptional Senior Legal Counsel to join their fast-paced legal team.

This well-established legal team is looking to add a specialist senior corporate lawyer with broad experience across mining, to run a raft of in-house matters.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will have extensive exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and be actively involved across the business with no two days the same.

The successful candidate will be a senior corporate lawyer with 10-15 years' PAE from top-tier/mid-tier law firms or market leading in-house teams who has in-depth experience advising in relation to the following:

• M&A
• Equity capital markets
• ASX Listing Rules and their application including disclosure
• Joint venture agreements including management of joint venture matters
• Corporate advisory including sound knowledge of Corporations Act

Also advantageous is experience in the following areas:

• Commercial contracts in resources industry
• Banking and finance
