    Assistant Restaurant Manager at Langlands:

    Based on site in the Melbourne CBD, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will help build, coach and lead a team of motivated and passionate hospitality professionals.

    The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Venue Manager with the smooth and efficient operation of Langlands Restaurant & Bar

    Some of the responsibilities include:

    • Assist with creating and communicating the rosters and delegation of tasks
    • Assist in controlling manning and inventory levels of the Restaurant in relation to occupancy, requirements, service quality and costs
    • Assist with the recruitment, training and on-boarding process.
    • Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest service at all times
    • Liaising with all necessary departments to ensure that the productivity of the outlet is successful in its daily operations
