    Savile (RTO: 45452) is a reputable Registered Training Organisation based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, working with secondary schools, teachers, and students across Victoria.

    The Role of RTO Compliance Officer

    We are seeking an experienced RTO Compliance Officer to oversee trainer and organisational compliance in line with the standards of RTOs 2015 and revised standards. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of secondary school operations, RTO compliance regulations, and quality assurance principles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting internal quality audits and reporting on findings
    • Assuring the quality of training materials, assessments, and learning resources
    • Liaising with stakeholders to stay updated on compliance requirements
    • Developing and implementing continuous improvement plans
    • Compiling compliance reports and interpreting ASQA standards
    • Maintaining records and participating in performance audits

    Requirements:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A qualification relevant to the VET sector (TAE40122 or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality/compliance management role within an RTO
    • Deep understanding of Vocational Education and Training, including ASQA Standards and VET Quality Frameworks
