- Significant experience working in community and clinic based Primary Health settings in rural and remote areas.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Primary Health Care including Chronic Disease Management, Child and Family Health, Women's Health, Men's Health, Health promotion, Early Intervention.
- Experience in venepuncture, cannulation, ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably Best Practice.
- Working autonomously and supporting our GP's and primary health teams.
- Familiar with rural and remote conditions relating to Health Care.
- Registered Nurse with non-conditional AHPRA registration
- Nurse Immuniser Certificate
- Basic Life Support Certification (within past 12 months)
- Excellent computer literacy, prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborative approach to problem solving

We are looking for a suitably experienced Registered Nurse to join the team at our newly opened practice in Condobolin in the role of Primary Health Practice Nurse . The ideal candidate for this position should have significant experience in general primary health with chronic disease management, an immunisation certificate and clinic experience. The candidate should reflect a strong skillset as detailed under Skills Required.
