    Who will you be working with?

    What will you be doing?

    • Servicing an Affinity portfolio; Taking calls, responding to emails and assisting clients with general policy enquiries
    • Document and quote preparation including policy, endorsement and cancellation processing
    • Facilitation of referrals with partner insurers and monitoring of claims
    • Cross Selling of offerings to existing customers
    • Ensuring retention of existing business and working with new business prospects to onboard them
    • Open market placement as required


    What do you need?

    • Minimum of 6 months insurance experience in either broking or underwriting, with exposure to PI
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools.
    • Tier 1 Insurance Broking highly advantageous
