Focus Areas / PositionsWe are recruiting for multiple Marketing & Product Specialist positions on behalf of clients operating in the ANZ.
Candidates will have the opportunity to focus on one of four key areas based on their experience and interest:
Portfolio Strategy & New Product Development - Product development, NPD, portfolio optimisation, pricing, and launch strategy.
Brand Growth & Campaign Management - Brand campaigns, digital/in-store activation, consumer engagement, and marketing execution.
Product Development & Operations Focus - New product ideation, concept development, business case evaluation, pricing, product refresh, packaging design, and performance analysis.
Community Engagement Focus - Community management, online engagement, content creation, event/webinar planning, and client loyalty programs (Korea market).Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as FMCG marketing, product management, or community engagement; entry-level may be considered for product-focused roles.
Awareness of market and industry trends is requiredExperience in brand, portfolio, or community management preferred.
Korean language proficiency is required for select positions.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, X, Instagram, Discord, Kakao, Naver, Telegram) for community roles.
