    This entry level role has responsibility for providing our Account Brokers, Client Executives and Client Managers with client service support, including technical support and production of documentation, for our Commercial Global & Corporate clients.

    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

    The Opportunity

    Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing, service excellence and process efficiency, which will be the key to your success

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our client facing teams regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Prepare insurance policy documentation (placing slips, renewal reports, client contracts, certificates of currency)
  • Create reports, manuals, correspondence and insurance quotations
  • Complete various administration tasks, including data entry, printing, photocopying, client correspondence and other business related documents
  • Support Service Manager to exceed customer service standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded and data quality is met
  • Ensure reporting, due process and escalation is followed
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
