- Develop standards, guidelines, and templates to assist the PMO in supporting smaller entities in identifying the changes and resource requirements necessary for implementing the proposed ERP uplift solution.
- Collaborate with smaller entities to:
- Identify necessary adjustments to processes, procedures, systems, structures, and ways of working to facilitate the implementation of the proposed ERP uplift solution.
- Create a change management plan.
- Document the proposed governance arrangements and assurance plan.
- Determine the skills and resources (personnel) required for implementing the proposed ERP uplift solution.
- Evaluate the skills and resource capacity available for the ERP uplift implementation and the extent of support capacity.
- Prepare position descriptions for the resources needed to implement the proposed ERP uplift solutions.
- Secure agreement from smaller entities on the change management plan and resource model.
- Draft all changes in processes and resourcing requirements within each smaller entity's ERP uplift Implementation Plan.
- Contribute to developing the proposed ERP uplift costing model.
- Leads collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across competing objectives within the organisation.
- Performs highly complex work activities encompassing technical, financial, and quality aspects.
- Communicates authoritatively at all organisational levels, addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to adhere to strict project deadlines.
- Contributes to fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Demonstrates experience and knowledge of ERP suppliers, partners, and competitors.
- Has experience and a deep understanding of corporate services operating systems.
- Possesses experience in working with corporate services infrastructure platforms.
