    Description

    General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Riverside Recruitment have partnered with a prominent accounting and wealth firm to recruit a General Manager responsible for overseeing their accounting division.

    With over 100 staff nationally, this firm have a solid reputation in the market, a professional brand and all Directors and Partners are aligned with the firm's core values.

    ABOUT THE POSITIONAs General Manager - Accounting, you will work alongside 10+ Partners in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to drive business development KPIs, manage stakeholder relationships, lead internal operational meetings and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

    Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to Executive Leadership Team (ELT)Drive business development and sales KPIs General management and operations Oversee finance function including invoicing, cashflow and internal budgeting Oversee HR and recruitment function including staff retention and staff attraction strategies Ensure each Partner and overall division meet monthly and annual revenue budgets Manage internal and external feedback and complaints Riverside Recruitment are seeking applications from experienced professionals with either direct experience working in an accounting firm or experience as a Practice Manager or General Manager in a similar professional services environment.
