About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced HDD professionals to join our team at Iluka's new operations in Balranald, NSW. The role will involve supporting our drillers to extract key critical minerals using custom-designed rigs and innovative extraction processes.

About the Location

Our operation is located just outside of Balranald township in regional south-western NSW. You can choose to reside locally, drive-in drive-out from towns within the regional area, or fly-in fly-out from select Australian capital cities.

About the Role

You will be part of one of 4 Extraction teams covering our 24/7 operations. You will gain exposure in deploying cutting-edge technology not operated anywhere else. Comprehensive training will be provided for our water-based mud system.

About You

• Formal competency in drilling fluid preparation practices and industry experience are highly regarded.
• Practical experience in drilling fluids without formal certification can be developed through formal training.
• Prior work licenses such as forklift, loader, telehandler are preferred.
