    About The RoleThe Talent Acquisition Partner for Alternaleaf will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high volumes of talented individuals across our clinic department, specifically doctors.

    This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for high-volume GP positions.

    Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a pool of qualified candidates.

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs.

    Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.


    About YouYou will have:


    Proven experience in recruiting clinical roles specifically doctors and/or nurses, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
