- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary project teams encompassing engineering, physics, software, technology, and operations.
- Resource and Risk Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and metrics to ensure milestones are met, outcomes are achieved, and continuous improvements are made.
- Safety First: Contribute to ensuring a safe work environment and have an eye and voice for safety.

About the Role:
The R&D Project Manager will manage the project management framework for the Development department within Chrysos.
This role reports to the Product Development Manager and involves implementing a new product introduction system within the Chrysos Development department using a modified Stage Gate methodology.
