Main responsibilities include:

• Provide expert advice on claims policies, legislation, and escalated cases.

• Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure accuracy and compliance in claims handling.

• Provide strategic advice to enhance processes and achieve better outcomes.

• Assist in team training to maintain a high level of technical expertise.

• Work closely with a broader network of specialists to address complex challenges.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong technical experience in workers' compensation or insurance claims.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for complex cases.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Willing to work in-office 3 days per week during training, transitioning to 2 days thereafter.
