    Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit a Release Train Engineer with relevant consulting and communication skills.     Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

    • Tracking iteration progress, ownership of obstacles and blockers, and ensuring iteration commitments are fulfilled.
    • Performing an inward team-facing role within projects and releases using Agile methodology
    • Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity.
    • Managing and guiding requirements, delivering required outcomes based on Agile Manifesto, Guiding Principles, values, approaches, and expected behaviours Reporting statuses, risks, and issues as required Building and leading high-performing, self-organizing teams that deliver all components of work within prescribed budget and cost Creating and growing a team culture that values collaboration, innovation, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or an IT Iteration Manager with significant experience working in large and complex organizations.
    • Proven experience across end-to-end projects using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
    • Strong experience working on digital/online projects desirable.
    • Thorough understanding of IT along with an understanding of the elements of technology delivery projects.
    • Proven ability to provide thought leadership and coaching around core Agile principles and practices.
    • Superb communication and excellent stakeholder management skills.
    • Passionate in learning & leveraging technologies in accordance with the industry standards and regulations.
    • Experienced in Digital transformation and Cloud strategy
    • Experience with Business & Systems Analysis, Requirements Management, Process re-engineering
    • Strong documentation and process mapping skills
    • Experience of all stages within the project lifecycle including initiation, scope definition, requirements gathering and trace-ability, testing, training
    • Proactive and has an agile mindset
    • Team player and solution focused
