Here you're empowered to make a difference in children's lives. We are looking for a Store Manager to run our large concept Croydon store. This role can be performed as either full-time or part-time (4 days a week), with at least one weekend shift required per week.

Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing the volunteer roster to spearheading store opening, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change.

You will make a difference by:

· Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets

· Providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, training and support for volunteers

· Assisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

· Managing the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are covered

· Collaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits
