    Role Overview:


    This part-time role provides a unique opportunity to lead the APAC operational team for a 9-month period, covering maternity leave.

    Reporting directly to the General Manager based in the UK, the position demands strategic oversight and hands-on management to ensure exemplary client service and account performance.


    Key responsibilities encompass:
    Developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance and client satisfaction within the Australian market.
    Building and nurturing client relationships to align with their business goals and personal aspirations.
    Collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve business growth targets and introduce new opportunities.
    Establishing strong partnerships with key industry players, including networks and Saa S providers, to support client success.
    Identifying potential risks to client accounts and formulating effective mitigation strategies.
    Ensuring the team's alignment with the company's key performance indicators and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
    Representing the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing its visibility and reputation.
    Overseeing the APAC division's budgets and operational excellence.
