    An opportunity exists for a finance manager to join our senior leadership team, responsible for the overall financial management and strategy at a national level. This pivotal role involves providing direction to the finance team, ensuring financial integrity, and contributing to the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the overall goals of the organisation.

    This position will oversee all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance for multiple locations.

    Working collaboratively with our senior executives, this position will develop and implement financial strategies that support organisational goals and ensure financial stability.

    To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (master's degree or CPA preferred)
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a focus on national or multi-location responsibilities
    • Minimum 15 years proven experience in a leadership role, managing a finance team, preferably at a national or regional level
    • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated applications of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
    • Extensive experience in using Greentree or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
    • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills
    • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems
