    We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in Australia to help us tackle tough challenges and drive innovation in our global fintech. This role requires someone who can dive into every area of our business and make a meaningful impact for millions of customers worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and optimising processes to support Revolut Australia's rapid growth
    • Leading critical infrastructure projects and defining project priorities
    • Developing strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
    • Managing vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in SQL or Python
    • Strong track record of leading complex projects end-to-end
    • Data analysis skills and ability to break down complex problems
    • Natural curiosity and desire to make a positive impact
