We are currently seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team in Geraldton, supporting our ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting truck, crane, and OTR (Off-The-Road) tyres for optimal performance
• Performing tyre diagnostics to check condition, pressure, and tread depth
• Balancing, aligning, and rotating wheels to ensure precision
• Inflating tyres to precise specifications
• Assisting customers in selecting suitable tyre solutions for their needs
• Preparing accurate quotes and managing customer invoices
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Complying with all relevant safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Essential experience working with truck tyres
• Certificate Two in Light and Heavy Tyre Fitting is advantageous
• Exposure to OTR and Earthmover tyres is beneficial
• Manual car or truck licence (minimum requirement)
• Strong understanding of mechanics and tyre technology
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and provide technical support
• Physically fit, with strong problem-solving skills and time management
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Team player with a positive attitude

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
