    The Role:
    An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of National Sales Manager, overseeing and executing the sales strategy of the Employment Group with a heavy focus on the labour hire industry.

    The National Sales Manager holds a pivotal role, responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategic vision, providing dynamic leadership, and driving sales management initiatives for Employment Group across the labour hire and permanent recruitment markets.

    Directly reporting to the Group Executive General Manager, this role entails the development and meticulous oversight of strategic plans aimed at not only meeting but exceeding budgeted goals for Net Income Before Tax. Moreover, it involves enhancing Employment Group's market presence, optimising gross profit returns, and fostering cost efficiency through ongoing enhancements in productivity across all facets of operations.

    Collaboration with the senior executives is essential to ensure alignment with strategic objectives both within Employment Group and the broader business ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Account Acquisition: Spearhead the proactive pursuit, seamless onboarding, and maximisation of strategic accounts, serving as a beacon of high-performance for our team.
    • Achieve team and individual targets of new client acquisitions and revenue attributed to those.
    • Performance Oversight: Drive the attainment or surpassing of new business targets across the organisation, ensuring excellence in execution.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution: Craft and execute dynamic strategic initiatives in alignment with core business goals, staying nimble to seize market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    • Market Engagement: Lead our presence in market-centric endeavors such as trade shows and events, orchestrating lead generation efforts and amplifying our brand footprint.
    • Tenders and Bids: Be responsbile for the overall bids and tenders in the group, ensuring all are sourced, developed, presented and lodged as required
    • Adaptability: Embrace fluidity in focus to align with company imperatives, exploring and leveraging opportunities across diverse sectors targeted by our organisation.

    About You:

    • You bring forth a demonstrated track record of leadership in business development, ideally within the Labour Hire/Recruitment sector or a dual-sided marketplace setting.
    • Your ability to develop and steer high-performing teams and propel substantial business growth is proven and recognised
    • Your strategic acumen is exceptional, complemented by adept communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in harnessing data for strategic planning and informed decision-making underscores your capabilities.
    • Your history of successful stakeholder engagement and adept management of partnerships is commendable.
    • You exhibit an unwavering commitment to achieving results, consistently surpassing business targets.
    • Your enthusiasm for contributing to and thriving within a dynamic organisation is palpable and energizing.

    The role will be based in the Employment Group offices in based in our Arndell Parkand will require travel between the Australian states and to New Zealand, and will at times require travel to multiple client sites. As such it is essential that you have a current drivers license.
