The Role
Leading independent girls' school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager/Specialist to join our team on a part-time (0.6FTE), 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing the school's visibility and engagement.

You will make an impact by:

Supporting the Director of Engagement and Marketing to provide leadership, management and execution of external and internal marketing & communications projects & initiatives
Overseeing the production of marketing materials, facilitating team collaboration, supporting stakeholder involvement, and promoting operational efficiency and strategic impact of marketing project & initiatives
Establishing and implementing structured processes, practices and project management tools
Enhancing collaboration and integration between the Engagement & Marketing team and other school stakeholders
Improving digital literacy and effective technology utilisation within the Department

A marketing, brand or communications specialist, you are highly creative, detail focused and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Friendly and professional in your approach, you like to immerse yourself in the workplace community to build effective strong relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments. You are described by your peers as being organised, outcome-driven and collaborative.

You will have:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Highly developed strategic marketing, communications, and project management skills
Previous experience in a senior marketing & communications role, preferably in an educational or similar setting
Current Working with Children Check
