- Delivering high quality food and service for the site whilst following and enforcing food safety standards, policies, and procedures
- All food preparation and service whilst adhering to food presentation standards by TWG and Singapore airlines. A good, working knowledge of different Asian cuisine.
- Supervises and co-ordinates kitchen when Head chef not onsite
- Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roll within diverse range of corporate hospitality kitchens or hotels
- Flexibility and transportation to work across a 7 day roster with variable start and finish times, such as 0400 starts and 0030 finish.
- Must have required qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent.
- Ready to jump in, hands on mindset and organising skills.
- Have demonstrated high-end catering and cooking experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including grooming, presentation and professional communication towards the client and guests.

This exclusive catering contract is for a prestigious Business Class and First Class operation, based at Melbourne International Airport and production kitchen at Sunshine north. Service style varies from buffet to full a la carte table service, based on international cuisine with strong Asian influence.
