    As the Senior Change Analyst working closely with the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities at a project level. This will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.

    Your responsibilities will include supporting the creation and implementing of change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.

    Skills and experience we are seeking:

    • Demonstrated change management implementation and delivery experience, with demonstrated experience in applying structured change management methodologies and activities to drive and embed change.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
    • Experience in government and digital transformation / ICT-related environments would be highly desirable.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or related filed, or specialist recognised accreditation a such as Prosci.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Experience in working in fast paced and complex environments.
