    Clinical Nurse Consultant - Regional Complex Care Co-ordinator

    About the Role

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated senior clinician to provide clinical services to children, young people and their families/significant others experiencing complex mental health concerns.

    The Clinical Nurse Consultant - Regional Complex Care Coordinator will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach and working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high-level clinical coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide specialist clinical coordination service that supports right place, right care principles, undertaking high-level assessments and developing an individual plan that includes bringing together the right mix of services across government and non-government agencies.
    • Promote a positive working culture by developing effective partnerships and exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Work with a diverse group of clinicians as part of the collaborative multidisciplinary team, including the provision of support and consultation to other team members as required.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

    • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and possess specialist tertiary graduate or post-graduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
    • Current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration.
    • Current Driver's Licence.

    What We Offer

    We offer a range of benefits including:

    • A fixed term full-time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of twelve months.
    • Salary: $111,506 - $118,336 per annum.
    • Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
