    Description
    Synaco Global Recruitment is looking for Welders to join a renowned, industry leading company based in Wetherill Park. This steel fabrication company has a strong focus on quality and service, investing in systems and personnel. With an experienced design team, they provide tailored solutions and fast turnaround times, servicing diverse regions.
    This is an ongoing position offering a lucrative pay rate with a fast-growing company in the structural steel space.

    Responsibilities:
    Welding using MIG, TIG, and stick.
    Reading blueprints and technical drawings
    Grinding and finishing steel to shop standards.
    Quality control and assurance of work
    General assembly using hand/power tools
    Adhere to safety compliances

    The Ideal Candidate:
    1 Year+ of welding experience
    Structural steel experience
    Reliable & able to work as part of a team
    High level of accuracy and attention to detail
